Founded in 1999, our organization has grown into a trusted leader in Early Childhood education across Kyushu. We proudly employ a diverse team of ten foreign teachers from the United States, England, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Nigeria, and Zimbabwe—each bringing unique perspectives that enrich our classrooms and strengthen our community.

We specialize in nurturing young learners through engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons that build confidence, curiosity, and communication skills. While we welcome educators from around the world, we especially value applicants already residing in Kyushu who are eager to contribute to a supportive, family‑focused work environment.

Our company culture is built around balance and well‑being. Teachers enjoy weekends and evenings off, along with generous summer and Christmas vacations, ensuring time for rest, family, and personal growth. We offer above‑average hourly pay rates of 3,000–4,000 yen, reflecting our commitment to fair compensation and professional respect.

Because our lessons take place at various locations, a valid driver’s license is preferred to support flexible scheduling.
